The Person!
The ideal candidate will have a solid career history within a Business Manager's role within the automotive or financial services sector. You must have excellent customer service skills, you will need to be highly numerate, computer literate, process-driven, well-organised and comfortable making presentations. You will also have an extremely professional appearance. You will be money and results driven and be seeking a long term career.
You will also need to be flexible, as we operate on a shift rota pattern, which includes weekends and bank holidays.
The Job!
Working in the busy Northampton Showroom you will be responsible for managing the sale of Finance and Insurance products to customers finding the right package to suit their needs. Working closely with the Sales & Customer Experience teams, you will need to show a strong F&I knowledge to assist in hitting the departments targets.
