Job description

Job Role: Clinical Lead Nurse

Location: Gainsborough - Lincolnshire

Rate of Pay: £14 per hour

Hours: Full-time 38 hours per week.

This friendly home provides both nursing and residential care in the form of long term, short term, respite, palliative and day care services. There is a separate dedicated dementia unit.

40 beds for nursing and residential residents for elderly and physically disabled people under age 65yrs.

The home is set in 2 acres of parkland and has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where visitors are always welcome.

Supporting the manager to deliver high clinical standards and a high quality provision of care

Able to write and carry through high-quality care plans

Managing and developing a team of 6 nurses and 5 senior carers

Ensuring that CQC standards and legal obligations are met

Liaising with third parties including relatives and external organisations

Clinical Lead Nurse - Gainsborough Lincolnshire

Successful applicants will have:

Relevant nursing qualification and current NMC PIN

Long experience in Nursing Homes

A solid understanding of CQC requirements

A broad clinical background in elderly care and dementia nursing
