We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with pitch experience to join a leading international law firm, based in the City of London. Become part of a culture that is renowned for their countless awards and contributions to society.

The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for pitching and delivering marketing and business development objectives. You will ensure the processes are in place for the management and delivery of pitches by the team, meet with best practice. You will be the first point of contact for all RFP and tender requests.

This role also covers other activities including strategy and management, business development, profile raising, communications and CRM. You will have regular contact with fee earners, trade bodies and journalists.

Requirements include:

• Proven marketing or business development experience, with experience in pitching within a professional services firm.

• University degree in business, marketing or related area preferred. Professional marketing qualification is desirable.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Capable of managing and implementing marketing and BD tasks with a low level of supervision.

• Fluently articulates the difference between marketing and BD.

• Builds and maintains constructive relationships with a variety of different individuals at different levels of seniority.
