Programme Director – Innovation Lab

£60-£80k + benefits

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the Innovation Lab as Programme Director leading our work to support innovation in jobs and skills, local economic development and places.

Through the Innovation Lab we provide financial and practical support to hundreds of innovators each year.  We help people and organisations develop ideas to solve big social challenges, from social entrepreneurs and creative digital start-ups, to councils and established charities with national reach.

You will lead the design and delivery of programmes to create and support innovations that address some of the most important challenges facing the country. Creative and entrepreneurial, you will also have the practical skills to manage resources and people effectively.

You will already have a track record of leading innovation in your field and will have the credibility to develop new partnerships and represent our work to a wide range of external organisations.

Senior management experience is essential and you must be a natural collaborator with the ability to work across the private, civil society and public sectors.
