A vacancy has arisen for a CHEF DE PARTIE
45hr–5 day week to cover evenings and weekends as per the rota
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team, which provides high standard cuisine for our fine dining, 70 cover restaurant, in addition to numerous conference and banqueting functions at this busy Hertfordshire hotel.
Salary circa: £17,000.00 per annum
