Cambian Willows
Cambian Willows is a CAMHS facility that provides specialist therapeutic interventions for children and young people who experience mental health problems or severe emotional distress.
Job Profile
Essentially you will be providing meals to our patient and staff groups as well as preparing buffets for meetings. Working with fresh ingredients you should be able to prepare healthy, balanced and tasty meals. You will also be required to undertake kitchen audits.
The full time position is 40 hours per week on a shift pattern which will involve weekends.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience of menu planning and managing and supervising a small team
- Have a Basic Food Hygiene certificate (although this can be provided)
- Be willing to undertake further training.
You will be in regular contact with our patient group, so it is essential that you maintain confidential information and that you are comfortable with patient contact.
Successful candidates will have to meet the person specification in order to be offered this post.
