Programme Manager – Innovation Lab

£40-£50k + benefits

We are looking for four outstanding people to join the Innovation Lab as Programme Managers supporting innovations in health and ageing, parks, jobs and social action.

Through the Innovation Lab we provide financial and practical support to hundreds of innovators each year.  We help people and organisations develop ideas to solve big social challenges, from social entrepreneurs and creative digital start-ups, to councils and established charities with national reach.

As Programme Manager you will play a key role in the design and delivery of programmes to create and support innovations that address some of the most important challenges facing the country.

You’ll work closely with a portfolio of innovative projects and ventures, providing practical support and ensuring that they achieve impact and grow.

You’ll be creative and interested in ideas, qualities that you will combine with the practical ability to get things done. You will also need to be an excellent communicator and will play a vital role in explaining our work and engaging stakeholders.
