Office Administrator / HR Administrator

Leading Software solutions organisation based in the heart of in Brighton are looking for an Office Administrator / HR Administrator to provide support to all employees and visitors, and to assist with the efficient management of the office environment and the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front line reception duties, including receiving all switchboard calls, welcoming visitors, arranging refreshments, etc.
* Office management duties such as purchasing of stationery and supplies, organizing the recycling, etc.
* Managing and setting up meeting rooms
* Maintaining the kitchen and breakout area and ensuring refreshments supplies are well stocked
* Booking and arranging hotels, car hire and parking for employees and visitors
* Assisting with other administrative activities, such as filing, scanning, shredding.
* Assisting with HR administration, e.g. filing, arranging interviews, recording cvs, etc.
* Recording staff holiday and sickness, and making adjustments to timekeeping system.
* Administering personnel files.
* Producing HR documentation.
* Ad hoc projects and tasks as required
Key Requirements:
* 1 : 2 years administration experience
* Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Keen accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to work autonomously and with little instruction
* Good inter-personal skills, and able to represent the company to a very high standard
* A pro-active, can-do approach to work
