We are looking for an exceptional person to act as the main point of contact for our residents, taking personal responsibility for delivering the housing services they need. You’ll get to know your customers well and have the authority, skills and support to address all their housing needs. Your customers will know to call you and be confident that you’ll take personal pride in sorting the problem.
You may not have worked in housing before but you will have a passion for customer service and an organised but creative problem-solving approach. We have a number of vacancies across our office locations: Central London (King's Cross), South London (Vauxhall) and West London (Hammersmith). We have permanent and also fixed term roles. We have immediate vacancies available if you are able to start soon.
