New Directions Educations are excited to be recruiting a SIMS trained administrator for schools across Wrexham. We are working in partnership with 'outstanding' rated schools across the local authority therefore New Directions are looking for dynamic and flexible school administrators to cover day-to-day and long term assignments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with the right qualities and skills to gain valuable and exciting experience across various schools. You will be adaptable and efficient, working on your own initiative as well as part of established, yet supportive teams.
You will:
Have sound knowledge of school-based systems including SIMS (School Information Management System)
Have a good amount of experience within an office/administrative environment
Be confident and flexible
Ensure the smooth running of the office
Provide full secretarial skills including typing, diary management, copying and filling and ad hoc any admin duties
Work with SIMS – data management and reports
Liaising with Senior Management Team (SMT) and other staff.
