Job description
Previous experience is essential. Duties involve preparing, cooking and serving meals, providing special dietary meals where required, taking in to account preferences of individual clients, clearing away the dining area, washing up after meals, cleaning the kitchen, maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas, maintaining daily records of food served and food temperatures and all associated tasks. Enhanced CRB required, cost to be met by applicant. This position is to cover holiday and sickness. This position is temporary ongoing with an unknown duration.
