Cleve Lodge /Long Eaton Masonic Hall
We are looking for an experienced chef/cook to join our friendly team.
We have a new General Manager and we are aiming to set our standards even higher for 2013 and beyond.
We cater for a mix of members meals and other outside catering events, such as weddings, luncheons etc. Typically you will be required to cook and serve 3 course menus for 30-50 covers, but exceptionally for up to 120. Applicants should be capable of developing and producing traditional meals from fresh ingredients, to consistently high standard, and to comply with all current food hygiene and health and safety practices and under cleaning tasks.
This role involves varied hours afternoons, evenings, lunches, weekends and some spilt shifts which will vary according to the events catered for.
Hourly rate of pay is negotiable.
