Lecturer/Associate Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Food (1.0FTE)

Starting salary within the range £30,424 to £36,298 per annum

We are looking for an experienced food and nutritionist to join the Department of Sport, Health and Nutrition. Successful applicants will have a PhD and be research active to International standing.

Applicants should also be capable of delivering excellent and enthusiastic teaching in the areas of Nutritional Biochemistry; Sensory Evaluation and New Product Development; Food Production and Manufacture Research Methods at Undergraduate level and contribute to Postgraduate provision within the department. Knowledge and experience in Sports Nutrition would be an advantage.

The appointed candidates would take up post from 1 September 2013.
