The Opportunity 
A global B2B Conference company is looking to bring on board a manager who will work to both manage and generate sponsorship for a flagship portfolio. This company is a market leader in their field and are known for producing high quality events and attracting the best sponsorship in the market. This role has real potential for growth and for earning your OTE! 

The Purpose of the Role... 
* To generate sponsorship revenue for the portfolio of conferences and events and other services as appropriate 
* To ensure the monthly targets for sponsorship sales around conferences and events are met or exceeded 
* To find opportunities for other bespoke events that the company can run or support that will drive increased revenue or profitability 
* To become a trusted advisor in the market and to use this position to drive sales volume and value 
Successful candidates would need to... 
* Act at all times as an ethical, focused and honest sales professional 
* Conduct themselves as a business ambassador for the company 
* Work with the editorial team to build a strong understanding of the project finance market to drive further sales 
* Attend appropriate industry events and use your impeccable networking skills 
* Arrange face to face and virtual meetings with key client contacts to demonstrate the value of the company's events, conferences and other services 
The Key Responsibilities: 
* Ensure that you exceed your sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis 
* Accurately forecast sales three months in advance based on a clear understanding of your pipeline and the major commercial risks involved 
* Take responsibility for the success, client needs and delivery of each event. This is mainly sponsorship revenue related but extends to all areas where client interests are represented 
* Identify sponsorship opportunities and to create and develop sponsorship packages and proposals to maximise sponsor value across all of the company's services 
* Develop and coordinate the inclusion of key stakeholders (Editorial, Production, Marketing, Logistics) into the sales process, ensuring these lines of expertise are utilised to evolve best practice and develop market leading sponsorship initiatives
