This creative Design and Communications agency, responsible for promoting some leading brand names, is looking for an experienced and super-organised Senior Receptionist / Reception Manager to look after all front-of-house activities.

Supervising the another receptionist and working closely with the Office Manager you will head up the front of house / reception area, manage all client and visitor hospitality overseeing meeting rooms and catering requirements, assisting with event organisation and generally ensuring that all reception services  runs smoothly and projects a warm and fabulous first impression to everyone.

Candidates should have a strong receptionist background, management experience, and ideally to include working for a busy creative / media company.  Smart and well presented, you will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and of course a fabulous telephone manner! Highly organised with a good eye for detail, you should be a confident and capable problem solver.

To succeed in this role you will need to be real team player with a positive friendly and professional attitude; enthusiastic and able to engage clients and visitors, motivate support staff, and liaise productively with the creative teams.
