| Experienced professional assistant restaurant manager required for this busy gastro pub with rooms, our gastro pub restaurant has over 120 covers. Duties include organisation of weddings and functions, assist in overall management and supervision of the restaurant areas, being capable of dealing with customers and making decisionsif and when required. Supervising, training and directing all junior members of staff, you will also manage the staffing levels, rotas, place orders with distributors.
