Our client is one of the world's largest building services providers, offering a full spectrum of consultancy support to a variety of clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- The mechanical services design development and leadership support of a number of projects.
- Providing support to the building services team.
- Implementing QAQC procedures to ensure the production of high quality deliverables to agreed standards.
- Contributing to the planning of workload and meeting project delivery dates.
- Liaison with other M&E teams across the UK and when necessary support overseas projects.
- Liaising and interfacing with sales to provide technical /operational support as required.
You will have experience of compiling full mechanical building services design including all specification, documents, schedules, and of planning programmes and budget costs associated with such designs. Your experience will have included a range of projects including education, infrastructure and property, as well as commercial and industrial facilities. You will be progressing toward or have already achieved Chartered Engineer status and full corporate membership of IET or CIBSE. You must be able to demonstrate a hands on approach and involvement with projects across a range of stages from concept through to completion.
