A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the product launch division of a leading automotive brand. Based in Hertfordshire, you will create and deliver key internal communications and employee engagement programs across Europe.
We are looking for internal communications professionals with media relations, brand or product communications experience; preferably with automotive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and implement internal communication plans for product launch, lifecycle and major brand activities
• Create and coordinate internal content for product and brand launches
• Create and manage an innovative European-wide events program to enhance employee engagement and understanding of the brand
• Develop original content for a variety of markets for employee education

Key Skills:

• A Minimum of 4 years communications experience
• Proven ability to create inventive and engaging content to promote a brand or product internally across numerous business functions and locations
• Strong and successful background in managing employee engagement events and programs with tangible results
• Excellent communications skills with fluent written and spoken English; French is a bonus
