Our client, a reputable social welfare charity founded nearly a century ago, is looking for a proactive Database Executive to join their team. They are based in a fantastic central London location near several transport links, shops and restaurants.
You must work well in a fast-paced environment as you will be dealing with high volumes of responses that need checking and quality control, while under pressure to complete imports quickly and accurately to support fundraising activities.
This Database Executive will:
- Manage the import and export of supporter and financial data to Raiser's Edge from a range of sources
- Submit quarterly electronic gift aid declarations
- Manage third party fulfilment agencies on a day to day basis
- Contribute to improving the database, enhancing data quality, devising processes to improve efficiency and quality of data management
- Support more junior members of the team sharing your advanced knowledge of Raiser's Edge
The candidate for this Database Executive role will have proven experience:
- Using Raiser's Edge or similar relational databases
- Querying and analysing large data sets
- Importing, selecting and validating complex data sets
- Submitting gift aid claims
- An ability to explain complex data and technical information to others in easily understandable terms
- Experience manipulating large data sets and identifying data issues and areas for development
