Looking for a new challenge in management?

We are looking for a dynamic leader to lead and motivate the Managing Agents and Project Management team to deliver excellent customer service to our customers, agents and external partners. In addition to this, you will meet performance targets, continually improves the work of Notting Hill Pathways and be an excellent communicator. 

You will oversee the monitoring and risk assessments of managing agents with whom Notting Hill Pathways work in partnership and ensure the service complements the service received by our tenants from internal and external providers.

You will deliver the annual rent increase plan for the Department and work with the Housing Teams to implement the Welfare Reform changes.
Overall, you will deliver an efficient and effective quality housing management service to tenants ensuring that the continuity of service, performance targets, timescales and standards are all met and maintained under a framework of continuous improvement.
