The Operations Director will report directly to the Group Managing Director and be part of a small and highly motivated team. The key purpose of the role is hold responsibility for delivering all commercial and operational aspects of the coach operation.

To be successful in the role of Operations Director, you will be:

·         Educated to degree level or equivalent with a qualification relevant to the role.

·         Preferably hold, or be willing to obtain, an International CPC.

·         Possess the operational and commercial expertise to take an already successful team to the next level.

·         Experience within a coaching operation is advantageous, however not essential.

·         The ideal Operations Director will have relevant experience in transport and logistics and will have worked at a senior managerial level

·         Highly driven, motivated and passionate about delivering the highest standards of coach operation

Attractive remuneration package including company car and profit related bonus. The role is based at the group’s headquarters near Chorley.
