** IMPORTANT INCENTIVE PROGRAM FOR FEES **(ending June 30th)

We would like to announce an increased payment structure for all of our FC role. We decided to increase our fees for top tier Financial Consultants with a higher trailing 12 month book of business.

Through the end of Q2, 2011

Redefining Agency Qualifications as follows: 

>2 & <6 Yrs Exp = T12 $250K Bank Platform or T12 $150K Broker Dealer or Independent.

Redefining Agency fee structure Agencies to earn 6% of T12 for $250K- $399K and Earn 7% of T12 for $400K or above 

Fee = 1/2% Candidates trailing 12 month revenuw if Non-Qualified

-New hires will receive a draw based on their experience and current book of business

-For candidates that are put into the interview stage, they will be required to show proof of income

-New hires may be eligible for sign on bonuses

Responsibilities:

Sell a broad array of Investment & Insurance products to bank customers. Meet with customers to determine investments needs, recommend investment strategies and present investment choices. Call on potential clients to new business by promoting CCOISC products and services. Develop and maintain solid working relationships with branch personnel in assigned territory.

Please read our Fee Structure below for the level of hires

-7% Fee - Paid on all candidates hired between $150 - $299K T12

-8% Fee - Paid on all candidates hired between $300 - $400K T12

-9% Fee - Paid on all candidates hired with a T12 above $400K

Willingness to Travel - Never

Position Requirements

Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: Qualifications:  

Series 7 and 63, Life Accident & Health required. 

Series 24 & 65 a plus. 

Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 

3-5 years experience selling investment products, and excellent oral and written communication skills. 

A team orientation with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit are desired.

 Hours per Week:   40 

Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Management Experience Required - No

Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree

Education Level Required: Bachelor

Experience Required to qualify for consideration: 1 to 2 Years
