his has to be the most sought after Office Manager role in London working for one of the biggest and most exciting TV/Music Production and Live Comedy Entertainment companies.  As "hands-on" Office Manager to a building of over 100 staff you will manage the effective  Operations for the building managing space utilisation, overseeing all internal office moves, assisting with Health and Safety regulations, conducting Risk Assessments, coordinating all Health and Safety training throughout the company. You will  assist in the tender process for all suppliers and contractors, reviewing and developing all internal services and supplier contracts.  You will be "hands-on" in the planning and coordinating of Production Offices for all the various Productions and Show throughout the year, setting up and shutting down.  You will also ideally have some previous HR experience, coordinating new starters', inductions, and overseeing all HR Administration.  This is a role for an experienced Office Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience handling Office Moves, Health and Safety and Space Planning.  Candidates from a Media/TV or Production background will be given priority.  INTERVIEWING NOW - IMMEDIATE START IF POSSIBLE
