We're in search of a Social Media Strategist who loves digital marketing and wants to create a team and grow in an award winning agency. Based near the M4 motorway in Berkshire, this agency works across a range of industries and are currently running social for a number of global brands in FMCG, food and drink and alcohol.

With an ever increasing demand for social media within digital marketing, this agency are now in need of a social media guru to take control of their offering and work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors in running and measuring social media campaigns. This is a brand new position within the agency so we need someone who really knows their stuff when it comes to the strategy and execution of social media campaigns.

What we need;

- Hands-on experience of running and measuring social media campaigns (FMCG would be an advantage).
- Experience of using social media monitoring tools
- Detailed understanding of the social media market and tools, in particular facebook and twitter
- Ability to direct a team across multiple brands whilst maintaining quality and timeliness of delivery
- Creatively inspired - able to join and add to the creative process in extending the conversation past community management
- Comfortable with audience insight tools and understanding
- Work with the AD in growing revenue from social and delivering client delight 

As this is a new position we're open to different levels of experience and therefore salary, it really depends on what you can bring to the table!
