Our client is one of the UK's leading multimedia brands, with over 30 million customers in the UK alone! With their innovative products and propositions, they have developed a strong brand presence and seek to maintain that through the recruitment of a number of strong digital professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the definition of the customer proposition strategy in partnership with the leadership team within the digital directorate.

Key duties/accountabilities will include:

• Defining and aligning the digital strategy within the wider business
• Being part of the 5 year planning cycle
• Understanding the opportunities for new trends, capabilities and directions within the online channels
• Validating any new ideas, concepts and capabilities from a commercial and operational aspect
• Gaining buy-in to the Digital Strategy from the Digital Team and wider business
• Working towards increasing customer satisfaction
• Realisation of stated benefit - including but not exclusive to customer satisfaction measurements
• Delivering against targets / KPIs pertaining to the self service channels
• Clarifying the prioritisation of delivery of change into the channels to achieve the adoption targets in line with the wider strategy
• To be an active advocate for Digital

This role will suit an online customer proposition expert, with a sound knowledge in digital. You will have previously worked in a strategic level role either within a consultancy or in-house role. Stakeholder management skills are paramount, as is the ability to communicate to board-level associates. You must have had exposure to technology across multiple platforms and have the ability to seek out new, innovative ideas to help increase customer satisfaction.
