Job description
To Produce all restaurant, lounge and bar food items and banqueting ensuring limited wastage and product presentations comply with brand requirements.
: To assist with food preparation for breakfast, lunch and dinner
: To ensure that there is sufficient kitchen and restaurant equipment clean and available to ensure guests receive a seamless dining experience
: Provide guests and visitors with information on the hotel facilities and local area.
: To assist with any other area of the business as required.
: To keep all chemicals stored correctly to COSHH
: To follow safety procedures for the use of Kitchen Machinery and equipment
: To fully adhere to Health and Safety and Fire Procedures
: To Ensure food hygeine standards meet the requirements of the local EHO
To work part time over the following daysMonday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday , Saturday Evening 5-10pm and Sunday Breakfast 7-12am
Must have Food Hygeine Level 2
