This is an exciting new role and opportunity to lead marketing and development at Heathfield School for Girls (aged 3-18). We are an independent girls’ school with a creative and innovative atmosphere, excellent facilities, aspirational girls and a family ethos.

We seek an experienced marketing and development all-rounder to lead our communications and fundraising and raise the profile of the school. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be able to combine strategic planning with hands-on implementation.

As part of the wider GDST network dedicated to leadership in girls’ education, you will enjoy support from the GDST communications and development teams and from your peers in our 25 sister schools and academies. We can offer the successful candidate a generous salary and benefits package.
