Main Job Purpose
A proven track record to provide a high standard of secretarial support to all divisions of the business.
Key Tasks / Drivers
- Excellent knowledge and abilities of the following software packages Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook in order to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, spreadsheets and databases.
- Manage the internal meeting room system.
- Co-ordinate customer visits from initial request to execution.
- Book accommodation and travel requirements.
- Reception duties to cover absence.
- Liaise with colleagues and external contacts in a professional manner.
Experience / Skills Required
- Excellent typing skills.
- IT literate.
- Commercial awareness.
- Good planning, communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to Customer Service Excellence.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Able to work confidentially and with sensitive information.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience of working at Senior / Director level.
Hours of Work
Five days per week Monday – Friday inclusive, 9.00am– 5.00pm daily.
