My client, a firm of construction consultants offering clients building surveying, quantity surveying and project management services now seeks a Senior Project Manager to be based from their office in Esher, Surrey but working on projects in the Mayfair and Belgravia areas of London. Projects are mainly high end listed residential building for refurbishment work. You will need to have gained front end project management experience with another firm of consultants, have good communication and client facing skills, be able to head up meetings with the professional team of consultants, have a good overall understanding of budgets and costs, and have a good understanding of contracts. You are likely to have trained as a Quantity Surveyor / Building Surveyor or similar prior to becoming a project manager. Ideally you will be MRICS or MAPM qualified. Salary is negotiable.
