Job Title: Accommodation Cleaner
Purpose of Role:
Location: Park Based
Reporting to: Accommodation Manager
PURPOSE OF ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accommodation Cleaner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are achieved in both caravans let and all indoor facilities, a key role in delivering a high level of guest service. They will also provide first class customer service to ensure the success and smooth running of the operation whilst adhering to all Company Best Practices and legal requirements.
- Gain feedback from owners and holidaymakers and take appropriate action on customer queries, dealing efficiently and effectively with customer complaints, as per company guidelines.
- Ensure customers are served correctly, quickly and in a pleasant manner.
- Ensure accommodation is cleaned, presented and maintained to a high standard.
- Dealing and answering our guest queries
- Ensuring compliance with all company and legislative Health & Safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal applicant will have demonstrable experience in a similar role; possess excellent interpersonal skills and the drive to succeed by meeting and exceeding results. The ideal candidate will also have good attention to detail and have an excellent customer service attitude and skills. They will be able to work as part of a team, as well as having the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills.
