Graduate Sales Executive

B2B Conference Company are looking for a bright, incredibly driven and commercially aware graduate who is keen to start their career as a B2B delegate sales executive. You will be responsible for selling delegate tickets to market-leading events for the Middle Eastern, Latina America and European markets.    

Based in London, this role will be in a very fast-paced and competitive environment and is offering a salary of £18,000 + commission.   

Tasks and Responsibilities include:  

• Managing an existing sales database

• Developing new business through cold and warm calling

• Account development to grow existing business • Meeting clients to develop business relationships

• Liaising with the Marketing team on active campaigns  

Previous experience is not necessary, as full training will be given, but the ideal candidate will:  

• Be educated to degree level or equivalent

• Have an excellent telephone manner & communication skills

• 6 – 12 months B2B sales experience will be a bonus 

• Have the ability to quickly connect with potential clients and pass on enthusiasm for the events

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to process new information quickly and accurately to a given target audience
