You’ll provide high quality social care support to children and families who are vulnerable, have experienced or are at risk of abuse, or are looked after. We’ll look to you to build effective relationships with service users, complete meaningful assessments, and introduce appropriate therapeutic interventions. An excellent communicator, you may represent the Authority in court or attend as a witness.
Whether you’re an experienced social worker or newly qualified, you’ll have the resourcefulness to manage a range of challenges. Your expertise in working with children and families will be matched by a professional social work qualification and HCPC registration. You’ll definitely be committed to working in partnership with other professionals and agencies in order to improve outcomes for children and young people.
