Job description

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic team members to join the Catering Department, based primarily at the Walsall Campus.  The Campus business incorporates conferences including VIP dinners, events and bar service, together with student facing facilities. 

Experience working within food service and/or hospitality area would be an advantage as well as experience of working in a Coffee Shop.

Awareness of good food hygiene practices is essential with Basic Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent required.  Cash handling together with being able to offer exceptional customer care is essential within our multi-faceted facilities.

A flexible attitude to the needs of the business and to work flexible hours in line with business requirements which includes weekends and evening working is required.
