The Home

Hazlemere Lodge, set on the edge of the Green Belt in Hazlemere, High Wycombe, is a modern, purpose-built care home for 64 people. The home has an excellent reputation, providing residential and nursing care to older people in four separate small communities.

The Role

This is a part-time admin position, working 16 hours per week, which will include Mondays and Tuesday, although there is the opportunity to have some flexibility on timings. You will provide support to the management team, focusing mainly on payroll administration for the home. You will need a high level of accuracy, as your role will focus on payroll data entry and reporting, so attention to detail is all important. There will also be some general administration and reception duties. Previous admin experience is essential, including excellent organisational and IT skills, to include Word, Excel and email, plus a friendly and approachable manner. Previous experience in a health or social care environment would also be helpful.
