15-20k plus Bonus & uncapped commission scheme
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established sales executive to join a Telecoms company. The Sales executive will be required to run his/her own sales desk towards revenue targets set by the company. This will ideally suit a sales rep from a telecoms background.
Benefits include on site parking, 25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays).
The Telesales Executive’s key responsibilities include:
· Driving both established and new clients to buy into new products/ services
· Manage the performance of your targets; setting individual targets and meeting them as well as meeting the companies set targets
· To manage the entire end to end process from the initial sale through to potential up selling, cross selling.
· Effectively account manage a diverse customer base
· To ensure you are creative in your approach to motivate yourself
· A proven track record of achieving targets is essential
· Telesales experience is essential plus a proven track record of the targets you have met and achieved / exceeded.
· Must have a can do approach
· An order maker not an order taker attitude
· Positive at all times
· Clear communicator
· Commercially aware
· This is a challenging role but a satisfying one for the right person
