Job description
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers so a polite, professional attitude is essential. You will build relationships with new and existing customers by providing information on additional products and services and helping customers find the right ones to meet their needs. With strong customer service skills, you will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner. You will ideally have previous experience in a customer service or sales role either in via the telephone or face to face. Key Skills Experience Required: Good time management and prioritisation of work whilst under pressure be an enthusiastic and pro-active individual be a team player who leads by example and has a strong development focus.
