Job description

Mountain Warehouse is the leading Outdoor discount retailer, that sells anything from funky skiwear and activity clothing to cool tents and exciting accessories. You must have passion for the role, a willingness to learn and teach, and the ability to take ownership and make quick decisions. Staff discount scheme in place.
We are looking for a very organised individual, good at developing staff members, with proven commercial skills and excellent Customer Service results.

Duties include managing the sales floor, tills and operations, training and development, staff management, customer service, recruitment, merchandising process deliveries.
