Job description

What you'll be doing
As a Receptionist you'll handle check in and check out to give a great first and last impression making sure that our guests have everything they need to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. Our Reception team thrives on pressure and are nothing if not flexible, welcoming and, quite frankly, amazing at all times!
We also know that each and every one of our guests wants to be made to feel special, so no lengthy standards checklists for us! You'll just use your instinct to build a great rapport and deliver our distinctively memorable one of a kind service.

What you'll need
To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive.
To enjoy the buzz of being busy.
To be smart and well presented.
Good standard of numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
Good level of spoken and written English.
To be able to work shifts that generally will be between 6.45am and 11.15pm, which will include weekends and bank holidays.
