Job description
Groundworker required for small family run company (not agency). Only experienced people with CSCS cards need respond - no chancers, that have seen something done, need apply.
Skills needed in all aspects of groundworks - foundation excavation and concrete, drainage, concrete slab preparation (mesh reinforcement, etc.), concrete slab laying and finishing, externals - kerbs, edgings and paving. Willingness to learn new things and techniques welcome. Must hold a valid dumper CSCS card and a mini-360 operator would be a bonus - but must a hold the relevant certficate. Ability to work in a small gang a necessity. Must have own transport and be willing to travel within 40mile radius of Newbury, (M4/A34 corridor), or share transport from Newbury/Thatcham area.
Computer literacy would be an advantage, but not essential.
Continuous work for the right candidate. Genuine work for genuine, honest person.
Experience and/or references need to be shown when responding to this posting.
Wage payable equivalent to ability and experience.
