Job description
A person with butchery experience is required to work at a meat preparation unit in Laindon. The job is for 6 nights from Sunday to Friday inclusive. You will need knowledge of meat cuts and be aware of food handling hygiene, a recognised certificate would be an advantage. Duties to include: collate orders from an order sheet; weigh up and record products; may be required to use mincer; burger making machine; help to load/unlaod vans; to assist butchers in the smooth running of the working environement.
