Job description
Watts Group PLC, property and construction consultants, require a Housing Building Surveyor to support the functions of our Housing Department.
Established for over 40-years Watts operate from a network of offices throughout the UK. Irrespective of location we focus on the complimentary disciplines of consultancy, technical due diligence and project management, and with that focus comes a high level expertise and a number of related consultancy services, covering the complete range of public and private property sectors and building types.
We are seeking a Housing Building Surveyor to join our established team to undertake condition / measured surveys in and around the Northallerton area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UKs largest independent surveying companies with excellent career opportunities.
The post is suited to an individual with a BSc (Hons) in surveying with previous Housing experience, preferably within Local Authorities and Housing Associations. The post is for a 12-month period.
The position will be site based with support from our regional offices, travel will be required throughout the working day and an essential car user allowance will be offered.
