Service Product Management Consultant - Darwin Recruitment is currently working a leading Telecoms business who is in need of a Service Product Manager to help develop their professional services offerings.

Responsibility:

• Be responsible for product management of professional service products in telecommunication area.
• The professional service is including network technologies service, network integration service, managed service, network consultant service, and learning service. We need expertise as below:
  • Customer experience management, Service quality management, Network performance management (network optimization)
  • Managed service by Outsourcing/BOT
  • Energy service solution (green energy, power)
  • Data center solution
  • Network design service

• Make business plan of professional service, including market analysis, competition analysis, product plan.
• Make the strategy of professional service product.
• Develop and manage road map of professional service.
• Investigate and manage the requirements of professional service product.
• Communicate with operators about requirements of service product.

Requirements for candidates:

• As expert of professional service, with over 10 years work experience in telecommunication, understand telecommunication network.
• Have experience of sales/delivery/develop/manage professional service in telecommunication.
• Good communication and coordinating skills. Be sensitive to problems, can push.
• Familiar with the organization and work process of O&M department of operators.
• Have experience in telecommunication vendors/operators/integration providers/consultants.
