Job description
We are looking for full time domiciliary Team Leaders to work within Bamber Bridge and the surrounding areas, which include Walton Le Dale, Clayton Brook, Chorley, Leyland, Lostock Hall, Penwortham and Hoghton. Applicants must be available to work from 7:00am until 11pm, and will be required to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Previous experience as a team leader is preferred, but we also welcome applications from experienced support workers looking to take the next step in their career.
Applicants must hold a full driving license, and have NVQ level 2 in health & social care. You will also have the opportunity to complete NVQ level 3 in health & social care as part of our extensive training programme.
Each service user has their own individual requirements, which could involve personal care, domestic duties, shopping visits, meal preparation, medication administration, take out services, sit in services and wake & watch services.
Also within your role as team leader you will be responsible for carrying out assessments, spot checks and reviews, and partake in on call duties.
Mileage and bonus will be paid above hourly rate. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010
