An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior PA to join a west London design firm with an established reputation delivering high-end residential projects and growing reputation in theatres and cultural buildings. The successful candidate will be open to doing a variety of work, providing seamless support to the company founder, arranging extensive travel itineraries, liaising with architects, business management and relationships with HNW clients, researching competitions and sourcing for client teams globally, and preparing monthly reports and documentation. It is essential that this person has proven experience working within design and has a good understanding of the industry. Languages (especially Russian) would be favourable and good use of word, excel and PowerPoint is a must. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an international design focussed company and grow in a close-knit social team that design right from furniture to interiors and complete buildings.
