Our Client is a financial services provider and a FTSE 100 business with a truly global reach. They are looking for Senior Insight Manager to shake things up and offer a new unbiased take on their consumer base. 

They have an illustrious 300 year history and a staff of over 20,000 with offices in 36 countries, offering financial services in 130. They were also able to post profits of nearly £900m in tough economic times. They are one of the biggest general insurers in the UK with widely recognised online and more traditional insurance solutions. 

The role of Senior Insight Manager would report directly to the head of research to give them a deep and thorough understanding of their customer base across of their brands, both on and offline. 

As part of their rapidly growing insight team your insights will impact the business’ strategic decisions, giving real actionable contributions to the business whilst adding measurable financial value. 

This role will suit a driven insight professional who is looking to have a role with genuine strategic capeabilities so a background in finance is by no means preferable. 

Applicants should have 

• Excellent Research Knowledge and customer insight methodologies 

• Strong analytical skills 

• Proven Project Management skills, working on multiple projects simultaneously 

• Stakeholder management skills 

• Impressive presentation abilities You will also be expected to identify critical research gaps and set project objectives and lead the project teams, as well ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
