Excellent opportunity for an experienced manager from an engineering/ manufacturing background to join a company that will offer you a technically challenging role with full accountability for two workshops.
Based in Bristol this company produces plastic parts of a variety of industries such automotive, aerospace and oil & gas.
In this role you will manager 25 personnel across 2 workshops where you will lead health and safety, deal with hiring and disciplinary of staff, dealing with customer enquires and resolving engineering issues.
The ideal candidate will be a manager of a CNC production or engineering company who leads a team of operatives and engineering staff.
This is a fantastic role for a manager/ team leader to join a company that offers full autonomy across two engineering sites.
The role:
*Managing 25 workshop personnel.
*Running the 2 workshops.
*Leading health and safety.
*Dealing with customer enquiries.
*Dealing with drawing enquires.
The Person:
*Time served engineer.
*Must come from an engineering background.
*Ideally have knowledge of CNC machines but not essential.
*Must have team leading/ management experience.
*Production engineering knowledge will also be advantageous.
