An all-women’s over 50’s gym in Cheadle has just been undertaken by new management and is looking for a Gym assistant to join their team.
Specializing within motorcize equipment and training the gym offers women over 50 years of age the ease and comfort of exercising in comfort.
About the role:
Based within the Cheadle area, the gym is looking for a new gym assistant that would undertake roles such as:
- Being the first point of contact for both new and existing members, preforming meet and greets to welcome them into the building.
- Working with new and existing members, on a personal training regime.
- Providing excellent customer service in all aspects of the gym.
- Helping members with Motorized exercise machines.
- Being a reliable and approachable member of the team.
Skills and Experience required:
Must have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work with women of 50 + years. Must have excellent people management skills, and be able to efficiently prioritize work load in accordance with the gyms needs.
No gym experience needed as full training is given.
Due to the Nature of the positon and the gym itself, the postion would be looking for a female for this position.

About the benefits:
- A competitive salary of £6.30 an hour
- Part time hours of work, 20 – 30 hours a week:
- Monday – Friday : between 9am – 8pm
- Sunday: Between 9am – 2pm
