We are recruiting a Head of Responsive Repairs South who will be responsible for leading and developing an effective, efficient and comprehensive responsive repairs service for the South Region. The successful candidate will provide an exceptional service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement. The purpose of this role is to lead the London team to deliver in partnership with our provider; the comprehensive responsive maintenance service. The successful candidate will implement and monitor the responsive repairs strategy to ensure that it is being delivered in a way that meets customer expectations, ensuring the repairs service is a top quartile performing organisation, and they will work closely with central shared services to secure a performance driven and unified customer first response.Typical duties will involve leading, developing and managing the performance of the team, transforming the repairs team with modern ways of working in partnership with our service provider, working cooperatively and crossfunctionally with Directors and Service Heads to improve practice and performance, building strong and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, developing and monitoring allocated budgets, and taking action to ensure targets are achieved through setting, monitoring, reviewing and reporting of performance indicators for the business.Candidates must hold a full valid driving licence and have access to own transport.
