Super fast Fibre Broadband and the UK's first 4G network give our customers whatever they want, at home and on the go. And joining our Service Management Centre, you'll help to keep it that way. Sitting within Network and Service Operations, you'll support the wider team in delivering the amazing mobile service our customers expect. That means acting as the single point of contact for both our customers and your colleagues - monitoring and reacting to reports of network faults, logging and diagnosing incidents and escalating them as necessary. Keep on top of changing problems and you'll see to it that our service is never interrupted. To succeed in this unpredictable role, you'll need an understanding of network architecture used in mobile. An understanding backed up by experience in a Network Management environment. So chances are you'll come to us from one of the other networks. But whatever your background, you'll need knowledge of ITIL, GSM, UMTS or IP, as well as a sound technical mind and the ability to manage relationships internally, externally and at all levels.
