This is an exciting opportunity to work within a leading O2 franchise,supporting the business in delivering fantastic customer service whilst retaining and growing our customer base. A candidate wanting to apply for this role should have previous experience in customer service or sales, and be able to demonstrate energy and enthusiasm for the latest technology.
Role:
· Speaking to customers to promote, and sell a range of products and services including Consumer & Business Mobile Phone Contracts, Mobile Phone Insurance, Fixed Line Services, Business Broadband, as well as any other product or service from Telefónica UK Ltd.
· Meeting Sales & Service Targets set by the company.
· Actively promoting the brand to customers.
· Providing exciting & informative product demonstrations for customers.
Skills & Experience:
· Enthusiastic, tenacious, self-motivated and driven.
· Excellent selling skills.
· Organised & able to prioritise work loads.
· Customer focused.
· At least 6 months proven track record working in customer service or sales.
· Exceptional communicator with a "can do" attitude
· Literate and numerate with MS Word & Excel
Working Hours:
· Up to 20hrs per week Monday – Sunday.
